No, doesn’t mean no.

I encourage everyone to read the full article link at the end, I, however, want to highlight number one.

1. Decline invites even when you really want to go.
Sometimes, anxiety can be so debilitating, that you can’t muster enough energy to go out. No matter how excited you were for the event beforehand, when the day actually comes and your anxiety is in full force, you say no. You don’t want to be a burden to anyone if you were to go, so the best choice for you is to not attend.

If nothing else, people please understand I would rather you invite me so I can say no, then not invite me.  Not that I’m horrible or don’t want to go; so I feel loved and included.
